Long-Distance Support

With Long-Distance Support (Sostegno a Distanza) a child of the Children of the Noon village receives food, a home, medical care and the chance to go to school, without having to leave their own country.

With €40 a month (€480 a year) you give them all of this for a whole year.

Long-Distance Support: what it is

Long-Distance Support is a form of solidarity that allows many people, young and old, to receive education, food, clothes, schooling and family support without having to leave their country of origin.

  • It is a moral commitment, not a legal one.
  • It brings social improvement through support that can cover basic needs, health, school, training, microcredit or infrastructure.
  • Beneficiaries can be individual children, young people, men and women, schools, families or whole communities.
  • Supporters, with an ongoing financial commitment for a variable period, can be individuals, groups of people, a school class or an organisation.
